Our feature this weekend is grilled elk loin with cambezola whipped potatoes, wild mushroom jus, a grilled cauliflower steak and citrus coulis.  Pair with Colene Clemens Vineyards’ “Margo” Pinot Noir for an amazing experience.  This transparent and concentrated wine from the Chehalem Mountain AVA in Oregon mingles fresh red fruit and dark berries on the nose with dark cherry and savory notes in a supple, refined structure.
