Steve was trained in Portland, Oregon at the Western Culinary Institute and then studied for two years with a select group of professionals in San Francisco, California. With his custom catering company, "Montana Epicurean," he merged fine dining with rustic locations and delighted guests with fresh, delicious cuisine.
Caroline’s passion for food spans 17 years of creating everything from very casual to gourmet, upscale fare for high-end events. Starting a personal chef and catering company seven years ago has led to opportunities to craft dining experiences throughout the country.
Josh has been a member of the Feast Team since May of 2016, and brings over 15 years of experience in professional kitchens. A graduate from East Carolina University with a degree in hospitality management, he has built his culinary career working in a wide range of establishments, ranging from food trucks to private guest ranches. Josh spent his childhood in Taiwan, where he first fell in love with international cuisine and flavors. Feast allows him the opportunity to continue to explore the cuisine and flavors that started his love affair with food.
“Love what you do and where you do it” - Matt brings to Feast 20 years of experience pairing finely crafted food with wine, beer, and cocktails. Managing establishments in Portland, Oregon; Flagstaff, Arizona; and Big Sky, Montana has provided Matt with a wealth of knowledge in the service industry.
Kristen has shared her passion for good food and service in the hospitality industry for over a decade. We are very excited to welcome her to Montana as she relocated recently from South Lake Tahoe, California.
