Enjoy our feature this weekend of Hawaiian Sea Bass spice seared over a jalapeno-smoked chevre corn cake with Hatch chili cream and heirloom cherry tomato, green olive and caper salsa.  This fusion of flavors requires a precise pairing.  We chose a blend of Muscat, Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris, Roussanne, Viognier, Vermentino and Sauvignon from the Catalan coast of France.  The Miraflores Blanc from Domaine Lafage  is juicy, delicious, and fruit forward with peach and citrus aromas, hints of flowers, medium-bodied richness and a vibrant texture.  We love it!
