Our feature this weekend is a local smoked Pork Chop with grilled Adobo rubbed jumbo Prawns, sweet tamale corn cake, mole sauce, fried plantains and fresh salsa.  This flavorful dish is paired with Valo Cellars merlot.  Washington fruit blended and bottled in Bozeman this wine has a spice note on the nose, bold black fruit with balanced acidity and velvety tannins.  A perfect complement to the smoky and spicy flavors of the grilled pork chop.
